DROP ON DEMAND (D O D) HANDHELD

Drop-on-demand inkjet printer (DOD) is a type of marking system whose printing head eject discontinuous droplets onto the printing substrate to produce the image by means of heat induced explosions of ink bubbled. A drop-on-demand (DOD) inkjet printer only releases droplets when being triggered, either by thermal or piezoelectric effect. Most DOD is hand held. The hand-held inkjet printer is also known as a portable inkjet printer, it is light and simple to operate and they are suitable for industries that do not require high production speeds.
