Automatic nozzle seal:the problem with continuous inkjet is that the ink dry fast. Any pause in production often result to dried ink and blocked nozzle. With Leibinger unique sealtronic technology. When production stops, the nozzle retracts, closing the ink loop and prevent it from drying out. To start again, the nozzle extends out and carries on printing without cleaning or rinsing circle.

LASER MARKING SYSTEM

Thermal Inkjet are usually used for low speed line. All thermal inkjet uses cartridge and print on close proximity. Thermal inkjet uses thermal energy or electricity to heat up the ink. A heating element inside the print head induces the formation of a small vapor bubble; thereby, the generated pressure forces the droplet out of the nozzle to the substrate.

DROP ON DEMAND (D O D) HANDHELD

Drop-on-demand inkjet printing (DOD) is a type of marking system whose printing head eject discontinuous droplets onto the printing substrate to produce the image by means of heat induced explosions of ink bubbled. A drop-on-demand (DOD) inkjet printer only releases droplets when being triggered, either by thermal or piezoelectric effect. Most DOD are hand held. The hand-held inkjet printer is also known as a portable inkjet printer, it is light and simple to operate and they are suitable for industries that do not require high production speeds.

THERMAL TRANSFER OVER WRAPPER (T T O)

Thermal transfer overprinting, or TTO, is a digital technology used to print information, data, dates and codes onto thin, flexible packaging materials such as film, pouches, and labels. On a TTO printer, a ribbon is positioned between a print head and the material to be printed. The process occurs when the elements within the thermal print head produce heat that will melt the thermal transfer ribbon. The melting process causes the ink to transfer onto the substrate to produce the desired image.
